Marketing & Product Manager – Y1002 Full Time

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with Product Management experience for our client. Our client is one of the leading Pharmaceutical companies in Turkey operating at a global scale.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy for other countries. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong product management and marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supporting development and implementation of the marketing strategies in the global market, through sales and marketing teams
• Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
• Collaborating with key partners to ensure implementation of marketing strategies
• Managing and evaluating promotional programs and activities to achieve the targets
• Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
• Track performance of all marketing campaigns
• Develop and Implement marketing concepts and promotional action plans as well as in-store activations
• Taking an ambitious countries commercial strategy and put it into action
• Making customer visits and develop strong interaction to analyse dynamics and trends in related area
• Searching opportunities for new brands and brand extensions – Connect with KOLs and maintain a continuous feedback mechanism for continuous improvement and improvisation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, biology, business or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6 years of product management experience in pharma industry, 2 years of marketing experience
• Broad knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare environment
• Ability to travel about 40% of your time
• Strong strategic thinking with high capability and desire to execute and implement
• Ability to multi-task
• Fluency in both spoken and written English
• Excellent command of MS Office application
