CEO – Y1009 Full Time

We are looking for a CEO for our client. Our client is a leading energy companies in Turkey operating in global scale.

Reporting to Board od director, you will be tasked with developing a coporate strategy to differentiate and grow the business through diversification and regional expansion, in line with projected market trends and ambitious business growth targets in the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Turkish markets. This role will be based in İstanbul Anatolian side.

The role will involve all aspects of running the business day to day and also taking a strategic approach about the company’s future and direction.

The ideal candidate will be highly driven and ambitious and come with a proven track record of managing multiple firm and engineering contracts at a senior level. Comfortable at managing a complex P & L, this person will thrive on responsibility and be an accomplished problem solver with the ability to manage multi cultural teams. Previous experience of working in energy industry or plants also a must.

The CEO needs to have a well rounded background running a manufacturing operation and engineering background or experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Refine the strategic plan as needed to achieve end results and recommend the changes to the Executive Chairman and Board of Directors.
• Development of annual business plans that deliver the expected Revenue, EBITDA and progress on the Strategic Plan Initiatives.
• Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
• Direct all operations of the company according to the direction established in the strategic plans;
• It should keep the team competitive, analyzing the expansion opportunities, customers, markets, new developments and industry standards;

Qualifications

• Should have around 25 years of experience, in managing large scale continuous process manufacturing units operation.15+ years of executive level experience,
• Ability to not only understand energy industy but also have the business acumen, and strong management skill – including financial management, personnel administration, vendor relations, and regulatory compliance.
• Superior presentation and communications skills, including the ability to be an effective spokesperson.
• Able to work in multi-cultural environment and appreciate local cultures
• Strong leadership skills with a profound drive for result
